1. Returns

• Returns are accepted only in cases of manufacturing defects or transit damage.

• Return requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery.

• Products must be unused, in original condition, and with original packaging.

2. Non-Returnable Items

• Change-of-mind returns

• Damage due to improper handling or installation

• Normal wear and tear

3. Refunds

• Once the returned product is inspected and approved, refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.

• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

4. Repairs & Replacement

In certain cases, HWC may offer repair or replacement instead of a refund, especially for mechanical adjustments.
