• Orders are processed only after successful payment confirmation.

4. Orders & Acceptance

Placing an order does not guarantee acceptance. HWC reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order due to stock limitations, payment issues, or inaccuracies in product information.

5. Warranty

All cuckoo clocks come with a limited warranty covering manufacturing defects. Damage caused by misuse, improper handling, unauthorized repairs, or normal wear and tear is not covered.
